ROCTM

Without genetic engineering.
For more trust
For retailers and consumers, “without genetic engineering” is a key quality feature. The Austrian Food Book defines clear requirements for this: Foods must not contain GMOs, neither in additives nor in feed or seeds. Transitional periods in animal feeding are also precisely regulated. These standards ensure transparency and create trust along the entire value chain.

Sustainability in viticulture
LACON has been certifying sustainable wineries since 2015. The aim is a conscious use of resources that equally strengthens the environment and operations.
The result is a sustainability diagram that highlights strengths and potential for improvement in nine areas and forms the basis for certification.

ROCTM
ROCTM is a US standard based on soil health, animal welfare and social fairness. It builds on existing organic programs such as the EU Organic Regulation and is managed by the Regenerative Organic Alliance.
Certified companies meet particularly high requirements and are awarded gold, silver or bronze grades. The label strengthens organic products — especially for export to the USA, such as wine. LACON is the first approved inspection body in Austria.
