When handling personal data, administration, companies and private individuals must comply with legal data protection requirements. All personal data is protected. This is all data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, contact information, location data, and IP addresses. Data from legal entities such as a GmbH is excluded from data protection. Exceptionally, data of legal entities is protected if the information can be traced back to a natural person, for example one-man GmbH such as Max-Mustermann-GmbH.
LACON GmbH is responsible for compliance with data protection regulations.

The data protection officer monitors compliance with data protection requirements and thus ensures the personal rights of those affected whose data are processed. To this end, the data protection officer reviews and assesses the processes relevant to data protection law. He is also responsible for training and briefing employees and providing regular information about new developments in the area of data protection. When he finds problems or threats, he makes suggestions for change and optimization.
It is in both your and our interest that, in addition to compliance with legal obligations, corporate confidentiality regulations and the principles of proper data processing, deficiencies in data protection, data security and compliance issues are immediately reported either to the responsible supervisor, the security authorities or the data protection officer. The latter is available to answer any questions you may have. With this in mind, we ask for your active cooperation.
