Terms of use for the LACON logo
The brand “LACON” is registered and legally protected nationally and EU-wide.
Allowed color options: two-tone (green HKS 57 N + black) or black and white.

Use for products
The LACON/EU organic logo may be used on products that fall under EU Organic Regulation (EC) 834/2007 and may be described as “organic”.
Use only possible if there is a valid LACON certification for the respective product.
If certification is omitted, the logo must be removed immediately — even from products that have already been labeled.

Use for advertising
The logo may be used in advertising, provided that the EU organic regulation is complied with.
There is no indication of origin in advertising.
In addition, a message must appear, e.g.
“Our organic products are certified by LACON GmbH,”
“Our trading activity is certified by LACON GmbH,”
“Our farm is certified by LACON GmbH.”
